The inspiration for these beautiful wool blankets comes from handprinted wallpaper in the 1700's farm Valhov's säteri in the province of Uppland. Designed by Kerstin Landström, Uppsala, Sweden.
The yellow and gray blanket is called "Brunkulla" which is a rare wild orchid in Sweden. Freely translated "brunkulla" means brown hill (brun+kulle).
The blue and gray blanket is called "Blåklint" which tranlates to cornflower.
50"x72" 100% wool.
