The almond cake pan is my favorite go-to cake pan and recipe! We make and eat this cake often and always get asked for the recipe! It's a tradition in our house, especially over Christmas, and any time of the year. The cake easily comes out of the pan and is so festive looking with powdered sugar sifted on top served with fresh fruit, coffee or tea! Love this recipe and pan!
