Shipping Information – Fraktinformation
Orders are shipped by standard ground service (UPS or USPS Priority Mail). If you normally receive your mail at a PO Box, please give us your physical address for UPS delivery. PO Box delivery only may result in an added fee. Special RUSH delivery to all U.S. addresses is available by UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day, or Next Day Air for an additional charge. Shipping Charges
Shipping Charges are added for each shipping address and are based on the order total.
Within the United States
Hemslöjd utilizes UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail within the U.S., except Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO*. Customers shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO will be assessed the actual shipping charges. These packages are normally sent via USPS.

* Additional charges may apply if you request shipping to a PO Box instead of a street address and for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, or US Territories. These orders will ship by U.S. Mail (Priority Mail or Parcel Post). Use the Standard Shipping Chart, but note that additional charges may be added, based on package weight and shipping method. We will contact you with the options.
Outside the United States
International orders will be shipped by mail with actual shipping and handling charges added. We will contact you with the options. The recipient is responsible for any customs charges.
We must collect sales tax on orders delivered to Kansas addresses. 9.5% sales tax will be added to the order total (includes shipping)
Returns
Hemslöjd Return Policy
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Hemslöjd. However, if you find something is not as it should be, we will make it right. An exchange, replacement, refund or credit will be promptly issued. Credit may not be available for items opened and used by the recipient, especially if damaged. Please call 785-227-2983 or contact us via email at swedes@hemslojd.com as soon as possible after receiving your order
How to Return Items
- Follow the instructions on the Return Form included in your order. If it is missing or you need another copy, please click here. Personalized items are non-returnable, unless Hemslöjd made an error.
- Ship your return to us by UPS or US Mail using the pre-addressed return label from the Return Form. Be sure to insure the package.
We'll promptly send you an exchange or refund. For refunds, your credit card will be credited for the amount of the returned merchandise. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the error was Hemslöjd's
